Mexico: Day 3

Today, we started off the day by going to a tour at 11:30 am. It wasn't like a normal tour more like an activity, a really physical one. It was organized by some company called Vallarta Adventures.
The first thing we did was take a speedboat across the ocean. So windy! I sat in the very front so my hair got messed up in the wind. Really messed up. It still is.
Speedboat tips:

  1. KEEP A STRAIGHT BACK
  2. Don't barf. If you feel like you do, clench your stomach, and don't think gross stuff.
  3. Keep your mouth CLOSED. Either things will fly in to your mouth or spit will dribble on to people behind you. Gross.

When we reached shore, a doggie was laying down on the dock. It was all stripey and cute. Some of the houses there were big and pretty while others where in need of repair. Then we were split up in to two groups and climbed in to this huge truck that could fit fourteen people. It was really bumpy.
Then... BURROS! We got to ride our own mule! They were really cute. Mine was old-ish and small. The first thing it did when I got on it was stand there and not move. When I finally got her on the trail, she started eating some grass and wouldn't move. -.-
After some time, my mule was walking well. At one point, the mule in front of us just... Farted. For a really long time in my mule's face. It was too funny.
The mule also had a tendency to try to pass other mules and speed up randomly. On top of that, she also stopped in random places.

When we reached the top, we got of of the mules and got ready to zipline down the mountain. IT WAS SO FUN! The rush you get is... Amazing. After three lines, we walked a bit to a waterfall, where we rappelled in to the pool underneath. It was really scary though, because the rocks were slippery. And at the end, your entire bottom half gets soaking wet and sand gets in your shoes. We ziplined some more, crossed the river a few times, and rappelled on air down another waterfall. We also ziplined downstream and got entirely wet.
When we finished, it started to rain. Hard. Thunder too. Everything that had dried was immediately drenched again. But at least we got some food too. I haven't had a lunch in three days!

After that, we went to a mall, where we had a crappy dinner of dry meat. It was a buffet, and it really sucked. Their sushi had kiwi and strawberries... Not right at all.
We stopped by to look at a pet shop too. All the animals looked tired and the mammals were a bit cramped.  There was a small chihuahua sleeping in a glass cage too... I felt so bad for it, it had no bed, only a tiny red sweater.

The bus system in Mexico is so confusing. We keep waiting for the right one but it never comes, and we don't know the bus number and everything.

GAHHH

I haven't put a picture in a while. Here, lemme add some all over the post.

  1. BURRRRROOOO.

I remember when we were in Costa Rica, we went into a really tiny supermarket, the only available one in the tiny town we were in, and my mom asked for "burro", thinking it meant butter... because, you know, "beurre". And it was HIlarious, because the employee pointed us to donkey sausage, and my mom was so confused. Hahahahahahahhaha.

If you don't know the bus number, how do you know the right one didn't come?

DID YOU DRINK FROM THE WATERFALL??? IT'S SO FUN :D :D :D :D :D :D And it tastes really goooooooood.
